3. Administrative Responsibility

All actions performed through the portal are executed using permissions configured by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for:

  • User authentication and access control
  • Exchange and Active Directory permissions
  • Configuration changes and operational impact
  • Compliance with organizational policies
4. Limitation of Liability

The software vendor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this application, including but not limited to service disruption, configuration errors, security incidents, or data loss.

5. No Vendor Access

The application operates entirely within the customer’s environment. The software vendor does not have access to customer systems, data, or credentials unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Updates and Changes

The application and these terms may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, security updates, or legal requirements. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using this application, you acknowledge that you understand its administrative nature and accept full responsibility for all actions performed through it.
