evaluate Exchange Admin Portal before purchasing.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- A refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- The software license has not been misused, shared, or redistributed.
- The request includes a valid purchase reference.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The trial period has already been used and functionality is as expected.
- Change of mind after successful installation.
- Incompatibility due to unsupported Exchange configurations.
- Lack of required permissions in the customer environment.
- Failure caused by third-party software or infrastructure issues.
- Renewal payments for existing licenses.
3. Subscription & License Fees
- License fees are charged per license term (yearly or otherwise).
- Once activated, licenses are non-transferable.
- Renewal fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests do not replace technical support. We strongly encourage customers

be resolved quickly.
