Refund Policy

At TechiJack, we want our customers to be confident in their purchase. For this reason, we provide a free trial version so you can fully evaluate Exchange Admin Portal before purchasing.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • The software license has not been misused, shared, or redistributed.
  • The request includes a valid purchase reference.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The trial period has already been used and functionality is as expected.
  • Change of mind after successful installation.
  • Incompatibility due to unsupported Exchange configurations.
  • Lack of required permissions in the customer environment.
  • Failure caused by third-party software or infrastructure issues.
  • Renewal payments for existing licenses.
3. Subscription & License Fees
  • License fees are charged per license term (yearly or otherwise).
  • Once activated, licenses are non-transferable.
  • Renewal fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

  • Order ID
  • License Key
  • Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Support Commitment

Refund requests do not replace technical support. We strongly encourage customers to contact support for assistance before requesting a refund — many issues can be resolved quickly.
