The application accesses Exchange Server and Active Directory information only when required to perform administrative tasks such as:

  • Exchange server health and certificate status

All data is retrieved in real time from the local Exchange environment.

2. No External Data Collection

Exchange Admin Portal does not collect, transmit, or share any data with the software vendor or third parties. The application does not include analytics, telemetry, tracking cookies, or advertising services.

3. Data Storage

The application does not permanently store mailbox content or personal user data. Information displayed in reports exists only during execution or within the current session. Optional audit logs may record administrative actions for security and operational purposes.

4. Security and Access Control

Access to the portal is controlled by the organization using IIS, Windows authentication, and Exchange permissions. All actions are executed using the permissions configured by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibility

The organization deploying Exchange Admin Portal is responsible for securing the server, managing access permissions, and ensuring compliance with internal security and privacy policies.
